This 1-2 hour seminar adds extra value to the Creativity Kickstart seminar, providing extra techniques, practice and expertise to ensure that the best use is made of creativity and innovation within your organization. Provides a mix and match choice of a range of elements best suited to your needs. Costs £800 each, or available for small groups at our individual rate of £125/head (minimum 3 attendees).

Following on from the Creativity Kickstart, this is a second 1-2 hour seminar that can be specially tailored to your requirements, based on what you need most to carry the learning forward into your team or organization. Best with groups of up to 20, though larger groups can be accommodated. Mix and match from these elements:

Techniques toolkit - 20 minutes per technique - add a selection of techniques to your toolkit, trying them out practically with expert guidance
The full framework - 1 hour - taking a single problem through the Imagination Engineering four stage framework
Building in creativity - 30 minutes - tips and techniques to make creativity part of your working environment
Culture change - 1 hour - exploration of the needs for culture change and how it can be achieved
Beating bureaucracy - 30 minutes - entertaining interactive look at overcoming one of the main obstacles to effective creativity
