Evaluation
There is often a need to make a
decision from a list of options whether you are deciding which creative
idea to carry forward, or which individual to recruit for a job. For a quick and free analysis you can use a
spreadsheet. This Excel (95 or later) spreadsheet allows you to make a
decision between a number of options systematically. It is set up for a
recruitment example, but you can modify the options, criteria, weights and
score to make it apply to anything.
