A brilliant trip through the crisis that faces modern business and the drastic steps
needed to win through, and enjoy life in a crazy world. If you only have one general
business book, get this one.
Although it has been around a while, Peters’ analysis of the threats facing business
and how we need to act differently have never been more necessary.
In The Tom Peters Seminar:Crazy Times call for Crazy Organizations this archetypal
business guru provides some thought provoking suggestions for different ways of working
- if you can avoid cringing at the terminology, new paradigms for business.
Although the book predates the internet revolution, so you have to translate ‘rolodex’
in ‘computer’ it doesn’t really matter - the fundamentals are still powerful and
even if you don’t agree with everything that Peters has to say it’s a great look
at changes that could transform corporate working.
I can’t believe this seems to be out of print - but there are plenty of third party
copies on Amazon.
